When I was a little girl growing up in Las Vegas our school went on a field trip to Ethel M chocolate factory.  I immediately fell in love with the aroma, was awe struck with the massive temper machines, and the beautiful finished chocolates in the gift shop. That experience inspired me to pursue my passion on a business journey to take my love for chocolate and mix it with my artistic abilities.
